Vision Board Workshops
To Complete a full workshop you need to complete both Workshop 1 and Workshop 2. By the end you will have learnt techniques to achieving personal goals and aspirations. You also get given a board that allows you to complete your very own vision board with the guidance and support of myself.

It’s a chance to free your mind of the 70,000 thoughts you are having in a day and a chance to get to a state of mind where you want to be; Free of negative thoughts. There will always be a reason why you don’t do it or can’t do it. But the simple answer is make time for you as who is more important than yourself? Without you others would suffer. Let me help you become YOU again.
This workshop will be to teach you how to ground, protect, find your safe place and to teach you how to do a daily meditation that can be fitted into any daily routine.

Reiki Training
I am Reiki Level 3b Master trained. Before booking in we arrange an appointment to meet. This is to ensure you feel happy and comfortable with me as your Reiki Master. To get the best training and achieve the full potential you must feel a connection, a friendship or a bond between yourself and your Reiki Master.
As your Reiki Master, I will always be there for you. I will answer questions for you, help and support you and I will be your living guide. Once attuned your name will go on my Reiki Family Tree.

Reiki Level 1 attunement: £150.00 (1-day training)
Reiki Level 2 attunement: £250.00 (2-days training)
Reiki Level 3a attunement: £300.00 (2-days training)
Reiki Level 3b Masters: £360.00 (2-days training)
